Thank you for visiting Cobweb Corner on Etsy! I have been creating unique handcrafted jewelry since 2003. I operate an online store, consign at local shops, and participate in shows throughout the year.

7% state tax is automatically applied to all IOWA orders.

Shipping

I ship via the U.S. Postal service. I ship as quickly as I can. I don't ship on weekends and holidays. Custom items may take a couple of days to make, longer if you order multiple items. Feel free to contact me regarding shipping time prior to purchasing. If you purchase expedited shipping (priority/Express) I will still need time to make your item if it isn't already made.

Orders shipped outside of the United States may incur taxes, customs fees and/or handling charges. All charges imposed by the country you live in are your responsibility. I pay the cost to ship the package from the United States to your country but do not pay 'border' or customs processing fees. If you do not pay the fees and don't claim the package - I will NOT issue a refund.

Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Just contact me within: 5 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 14 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

No refunds are given if item is returned to me as "unclaimed". This occurs on orders outside of the United States when a buyer does not pay duty/processing fees and doesn't claim the package at the post office. You will not be refunded if you don't claim the package.

I guarantee you will be satisfied with the jewelry design you purchase. If you do not like it, for any reason - you may return it providing you contact me within 5 days of receiving your item. You MUST contact me to arrange a return. Once the return is received you will receive a refund for the amount of the item. Shipping fees to and from are NOT refunded. The item must be returned in the original condition it was mailed. Insurance for returned items is optional - but refunds will not be made for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Wholesale purchases are possible. If you would like to carry our items in your store convo me for additional information.

Custom requests are welcome, particularly for size changes or color options. I will do my best to accommodate you if possible. Please include as many details as you can in your initial inquiry regarding a custom request (for example the quote you may want stamped).
